Troubleshooting
If you cannot get our games to work, keep in mind the following:
Loading time
Depending on your connection, the game may take up to a minute to load.
Java technology
You need to have Java both installed and enabled to run our games in your browser.
Java version
Your Java version needs to be at least 1.6. To check which version of Java you have installed, see here.
If you still face problems, don't hesitate to ask in the forums!
